We were relieved to find the room clean, especially after reading concerning reviews. The upgraded room with a jacuzzi tub was a pleasant surprise, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

During our stay at the Flagship Inn, we made great memories visiting Mystic Aquarium and exploring the beautiful Groton area. The kids loved the nearby water adventures, while my fiancé and I enjoyed our time relaxing after a busy day. It was great fun!

the room was filthy with broken fixtures. but the water pressure in the shower was strong! also, the several restaurants nearby were convenient. and, the aquarium was just a quick drive away.

The room was a disaster. The carpets were super filthy, I couldn’t walk barefoot. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and I totally skipped taking a shower there. The overall vibe was just gross and unsafe, honestly felt like an abandoned place.

When I arrived, the receptionist had the room prepared as I requested, which was a nice touch. The upgraded room they gave me came with a jacuzzi tub, might not have been necessary, but I felt like a king in there.

The hotel is conveniently close to several fascinating landmarks like the us submarine veterans memorial east, which is just a short walk away, and the beautiful poquonnock river walkway that offers peaceful park views for leisurely strolls. i appreciated how easy it was to access the sites that drew me to the area in the first place. as a solo traveler, having comfortable amenities, like a flat-screen tv and free wi-fi, made my stay more enjoyable.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The first room presented to us was filthy and had a broken toilet seat, not to mention the second room was even worse with another broken toilet and an unsightly black ring around the tub.
